Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, then you may return it for a full refund or an exchange.

Returns
All returns need to be initiated within 45 days of the purchase date.
Return Process
To return an item, email me at sugarstitchezshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number. I will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label by email. Once you receive these, you may return the item in it's original packaging.
Refunds
After receiving the return and inspecting the item, I will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process said refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Exchanges may take up to 4 weeks to process. I will notify you by mail when you return has been processed
